A neutral assessment
We assess independently of the leasing company – to the same professional standards, but with no commercial interest of our own.

Returning a leased vehicle regularly leads to argument about „damage beyond normal wear and tear“. With a neutral condition assessment before the return, you know exactly what to expect.
At return, leasing companies invoice considerable sums for diminished value – often inflated, or for items that ought properly to count as ordinary wear. Because the assessment is carried out by the leasing company's own appraiser, the commercial interest sits clearly on their side.
With a neutral condition assessment before the return you know exactly where you stand: which damage should still be put right cheaply at an independent workshop, and which of the leasing company's demands are unfounded. Our report puts the arguments in your hands – and at return that often saves several hundred euros.
The timing is what matters: anyone who only reacts after the return is negotiating from the weaker position. Anyone who knows beforehand what is coming decides for themselves what is worth repairing.
We assess independently of the leasing company – to the same professional standards, but with no commercial interest of our own.
Where a demand has already been made, we examine each item individually and object wherever it does not hold.
You find out before the return date what deductions are realistically to be expected – no surprise in the final account.
These items appear in return records again and again – and are particularly often set too high. The line between ordinary wear and compensable damage is in many cases a matter of interpretation – and that is exactly where our assessment applies.

The earlier we look, the more room for manoeuvre you keep. Two to four weeks before the date is ideal.
We inspect your vehicle two to four weeks before the official return date.
Paint, bodywork, wheels, interior and mechanical condition are properly examined and assessed.
You find out which damage is worth repairing cheaply beforehand and which is not.
Where the leasing company's demands are excessive, we stand behind you with our report.
If you have already returned the vehicle and consider the return record or the additional demand excessive, the case is not lost. Send us the record – we examine each item on its technical merits.
Where demands do not hold, we produce a reasoned counter-statement with our own report as evidence. You can put that to the leasing company directly or hand it to your solicitor.

Call us two to four weeks beforehand. That is the point at which you can still decide what is worth putting right.
